Holding space to facilitate healing.

Deep tissue, myofascial and Swedish massage for relaxation, and pain management can be booked by time instead of technique. I work on an individual level and the type of massage given may vary session by session depending on what your body is needing at that point in time. I am also certified in reiki healing, and this can be included in any and all sessions.

Myofascial release is a medicine therapy treating skeletal muscle immobility and pain by relaxing contracted muscles, improving blood and lymphatic circulation.

Drinking plenty of water after a massage helps the body get rid of all of the toxins and chemicals that we released from the muscle tissue during treatment.

“Kathryn is an absolute gem in the desert! I’ve been getting therapeutic and corrective massage for years…I’m so happy I found her! Her work is intuitive and thorough. She takes the time to listen to your complaints and knows exactly how to address them. If you are an active person and sometime don’t listen to your body, listen to me and get an appointment!”
