I work on an individual level and the type of massage given may vary session by session depending on what your body is needing at that point in time. How often should I get a massage?
That depends on what we are treating and what the goal for the treatment is but I will say that for general health and wellness, a massage every 2 to 4 weeks is ideal.
What is myofascial release massage?

Myofascial release is a medicine therapy treating skeletal muscle immobility and pain by relaxing contracted muscles, improving blood and lymphatic circulation.

Why should I drink water after a massage?

Drinking plenty of water after a massage helps the body get rid of all of the toxins and chemicals that we released from the muscle tissue during treatment.
